Vesak Celebration at High Commision of Sri Lanka​
Join us for a special celebration of Vesak, a significant day commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and passing of the Lord Buddha. You can also view the first ever ice sculpture lantern on display sculptured by our very own Wenistus Asanga Amerasinghe.If you are a well-wisher or interested in supporting our charity efforts, please come and speak to us. Visit to National Cancer Hospital

President Mrs. Subi Perera and few members of Sri Lanka Leukaemia Foundation in the UK (SLLF UK) met with the Director Dr. Aruna Jayasekera, Pediatrician Sanjeeva Gunasekera, and Dr. Nishan Siriwardena, consultant physician at Apeksha Hospital to discuss matters related to the foundation. During the meeting, it was decided that SLLF UK will be sponsoring 35 beds & accessories to the new pediatric ward amounting to Rs8.5m and another Rs. 4m for upgrading the patients record system.
SLLF UK are excited to announce our new promotional campaign to increase funding from the UK towards the hospital. Stay tuned for more updates!
