Refurnished air conditioned computer lab
In 2013 SLLF(UK) donated a completely refurnished air conditioned computer lab with 10 new computers, a laptop and a printer to NCI for research and development by the medical staff.
Cost Rs.1.7million (£8000)

Construction of a permanent roof
SLLF(UK) paid for the construction of a permanent roof over the access ramp that connects the children's ward to part of the main hospital. Completed in June 2014. Cost Rs.1.0million (£5000)

Infusion Pumps for the children's ward
In 2015 SLLF(UK) due to an urgent request from the management of National Cancer Institute (NCI) Maharagama funding for Infusion Pumps for the children's ward. In July 2015 at a small ceremony we handed over 3 pumps.
Cost Rs. 675,500 (£3000)

New Transducer Ultrasound Scanner
In November 2015 SLLF(UK) funded the purchase of a new Transducer Ultrasound Scanner and some essential medical equipment for the Paediatric IUC at NCI. Cost Rs. 800,000 (£4000)

PROJECT in January 2017
SLLF(UK) donated £8500 for the refurbishment and addition of a new suite to the endoscopy unit

FUTURE PROJECT 2
After the completion of Razavi Medical Complex in September 2016 the Ministry of Health and the Management of NCI with Ahmad Tea London is planning to build the 2nd phase - Suwapeksha Complex and has indicated the need for substantial funding from all well wishers. SLLF(UK) would plan several fund rasing events to fund the complex.
